This fully-illustrated catalogue designed by Fraser Muggeridge Studio accompanies the Good Grief, Charlie Brown! exhibition, presented at Somerset House October 25, 2018 until March 3, 2019. At 184 pages, it contains detailed reproductions of 36 of the original strips shown in the exhibition, featuring Snoopy, Woodstock, Charlie Brown, Lucy, Linus, Peppermint Patty and the rest of the gang, as well as photographs of many of the objects, letters and other ephemera on display, and sections on all 20 participating artists, including Fiona Banner, Ryan Gander, KAWS, Ken Kagami, Helen Marten and Marcus Coates. With a Foreword by Jeannie Schulz, Charles M. Schulz’s widow, and sections on each of the themes of the exhibition, including Existentialism, Psychiatry, Society and Politics, Feminism, Morality and Art, the catalogue provides a rich review of the exhibition experience.
