For three weeks in September 2006, Wolfgang Weileder's installation Transfer, occupied Station Square, Milton Keynes. Transfer was the construction of a full-scale replica of Milton Keynes Gallery's architectural cube which was simultaneously constructed and deconstructed in a synchronised, choreographed process.
This publication documents the realisation of this project and investigates the relationships between art, architecture and public spaces.
